• Alcohol is permitted, it should only be consumed by individuals of legal drinking age.

• No illegal substances are allowed on the premises

Is there a minimum booking time?

Yes, all bookings must be for at least 3 hours

What happens if I go over my time?

Unless the extra time is approved by Empire Creative Center, you will be charged for the overtime and you will forfeit your deposit.

Can I come in on another day to set up for my event?

All time in the creative center must be booked time. We allow for 30 mins of set-up time right before your booking begins and 30-min cleanup time all other time must be included in your booking.

Is there a deposit to rent the space?

There is a $250 refundable deposit to rent the space. If the space is returned to the condition it was received including cleaning the $250 will be refunded immediately.

May I serve alcohol?

Alcohol is permitted for your private event, You are not allowed to sell alcohol.

When is the payment due?

100% of the payment is due to secure your booking date.

How many chairs do you have?

We have enough seating for 75 people comfortably

What is the size of the tables?

We have a variety of table sizes. 4-foot tables, 8-foot tables, and 48 in cocktail rounds.

What is the capacity of the venue?

Maximum capacity is 100 people.

The cost to book the creative center is $200 per hour.
